脊髓电刺激频率对意识障碍患者脑电的影响(附四例报告) 被引量:6

摘要 意识障碍主要包括植物状态和微意识状态。近年来研究发现脊髓电刺激(spinal cord stimulation,SCS)对意识障碍患者具有促醒作用。但目前临床上采用的刺激参数特别是频率选择差别很大,疗效不一,且均基于临床经验,无客观依据。Kanno等总结了214例采用SCS治疗的持续植物状态患者,
