有机沉淀剂合成及其在含银废水处理中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对工业含银废水中Ag^(2+)去除难题,以常州某金属表面处理厂的含银工业废水为处理对象,以二乙烯三胺和二硫化碳为主要原料,氢氧化钾和蒸馏水为辅料,合成一种对Ag^(2+)具有沉淀作用的有机沉淀剂(AHD),并应用于工业含银废水处理。考察了AHD投加量、pH、水温及反应时间对Ag^(2+)沉淀性能的影响。结果表明,当AHD投加量为1.0%,pH=9,水温为30℃,反应时间为40 min时,AHD对Ag^(2+)的去除率最高,达到了94.2%,Ag^(2+)剩余量仅为0.051 mg/L,达到了《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB 30484—2013)要求。红外表征和沉淀物EDS能谱测试表明,AHD中有新键C=S、C—N—S等基团生成,EDS能谱图中存在微量Ag^(2+)的能级跃迁,表明微量Ag^(2+)通过螯合并沉淀至污泥中。其反应机理是Ag^(2+)通过取代反应取代AHD基团上的K+,并形成正四面体的稳定结构。研究合成的AHD具有原料易得、价廉,合成工艺简单等特点,可有效去除工业废水中的银离子,并可实现银离子的回收,对含银工业废水处理工艺设计或工程达标改造具有一定的应用参考价值。 Aiming the problem of removal of Ag^2+in wastewater of silver contained in the industry,by silver containing industrial wastewater from a Changzhou metal surface treatment factory as processing objects,with diethylenetriamine and carbon disulfide as the main raw material,potassium hydroxide and distilled water as auxiliary materials,synthesized of a kind of organic precipitant( AHD) with a precipitation effect of Ag^2+,and applied to the treatment of industrial wastewater containing silver.The effects of dosage,pH,reaction temperature and reaction time on the precipitation property of AHD were investigated.The results showed that when the dosage was 1%,pH = 9,the reaction temperature was 30 ℃,and the reaction time was 40 min,the removal rate of Ag^2+was the highest,reaching 94.2%.In this moment the residual amount of Ag^2+is only 0.051 mg/L,reached the "Emission standard of pollutants for battery industry"( GB 30484—2013) requirements.Infrared characterization of the AHD analysis and sediment EDS energy spectrum test showed that the AHD has a new bond C=S and C—N—S generation,and the EDS energy spectrum in the presence of trace Ag^2+energy level transition,fully demonstrated that trace Ag^2+has been chelated and precipitated to the sludge.The reaction mechanism was that Ag^2+replaced the K^+group on the AHD by substitution reaction,and formed the stable structure of the regular tetrahe-dral.The AHD synthesized by this study has the characteristics of easy to get,cheap,simple synthesis process and so on,which can effectively remove the silver ion in the industrial wastewater and realize the recovery of silver ion.The AHD also has certain application reference value to the battery industry wastewater treatment process design or engineering standard transformation.
