摘要
随着工业和经济的发展,环境问题成为人们普遍关注的焦点,石油污染成了不可忽视的问题。微生物降解法治理石油污染是一种有效控制污染的理想方法。综述了石油烃降解菌的种类,降解机理及筛选鉴定方法,介绍了微生物降解石油烃的影响因素,并对研究方向提出了建议。
Environmental issues have become the focus of people all over the world along with the development of industry and economy,and oil pollution to environment cannot be ignored. The biological method is an ideal method to the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon. The diversity of hydrocarbon degradation bacteria,the mechanism of degradation,the methods of screening and identification are summarized,the influencing factors in the process of biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbon are presented and the future research directions are proposed.
