摘要
目的分析Nanog、Sox2在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法收集口腔鳞癌病理切片38份、癌旁正常组织切片18份,进行免疫组化检验,检测两种切片Nanog、Sox2表达水平。结果口腔鳞癌病理切片中Nanog、Sox2表达强度高于癌旁正常组织,阳性率与病理分级存在相关性。结论检测Nanog和Sox2在口腔组织切片中的表达,可用于病理分级判断。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of Nanog, Sox2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 38 oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected, and 18 normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma. The expression level of Nanog and Sox2 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Nanog and Sox2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissues, and the positive rate was correlated with the pathological grade. Conclusion The expression of Nanog and Sox2 in oral tissue sections can be used to determine the pathological grade.
