靶向干扰高尔基体蛋白73基因对肝癌细胞侵袭转移能力的影响 被引量:2

Effect of targeted interference of Golgi protein 73 gene on invasion and metastasis of liver cancer cells

摘要 肝细胞癌(HCC)是临床常见恶性肿瘤之一,对人类的健康危害极大,5年生存率约为45%[1].研究结果显示HCC的侵袭、转移是多因素相互作用、相互影响的一个复杂过程,其分子机制尚未明确.因此,阐明HCC侵袭、转移的分子机制,有利于为治疗肝癌提供新的靶点提供参考,对指导临床提高肝癌疗效有重要意义.
