摘要
目的研究阿奇霉素联合甘草锌治疗对支原体肺炎(MP)患儿感染控制的疗效,为预防控制感染提供新型方案选择。方法选择2013年1月-2015年6月医院收治的MP患儿90例进行研究,依据数字法随机划分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘草锌治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后的感染控制疗效,治疗前后的免疫相关指标,症状体征指标的缓解时间以及治疗后6个月内反复性呼吸道感染的发生率。结果两组患儿治疗后的IgA显著高于治疗前,补体C3和C4显著低于治疗前,对照组治疗后的CD_8^+显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的CD_4^+显著高于对照组,CD_8^+和补体C4显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿治疗后胸片显示总有效率观察组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;发热消退、咳嗽缓解、感染控制以及胸片恢复时间,观察组均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月内观察组患儿反复性呼吸道感染率为0,显著低于对照组的8.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿奇霉素联合甘草锌对MP患儿实施治疗,能够明显提升免疫功能,对感染预防控制具有较好的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study infection control effect of azithromycin combined with licorzine granules in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,to provide a new choice for the prevention and control of infection.METHODS 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected,according to the digital method,45 cases in each group were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were treated with azithromycin,the observation group was added with licorzine granules,compared the two groups after the treatment of infection control efficacy,immune related indexes before and after treatment,remission time of symptoms and signs,and 6months after the treatment in the two groups of the incidence of recurrent respiratory infection.RESULTS After treatment,the IgA of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,complement C3 and C4were significantly lower than before treatment,the control group after treatment of CD_8~+was significantly higher than before treatment(P〈0.05).After treatment,the CD_4~+of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,CD_8~+and complement C4 were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after the treatment of chest X-ray showed that the total effective rate was 97.78%,compared with the control group of 95.56%,the difference was not statistically significant.The fever subsided time,cough relief time,infection control time and chest X-ray recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Observed within 6months after the treatment of recurrent respiratory infection group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The application of Azithromycin combined with licorzine granules in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can significantly
