摘要
《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《固容规》)[1]要求压力容器本质安全,即容器设计的正确完整性、保证制造的可靠性、达到使用的完好状态。而容器施工图的完整性不仅影响制造的可靠性,而且更关系容器维修更换的符合性,决定着容器的本质安全。以容器制造中施工图审查与标准件拆图为例,分析施工图的完整性对容器制造可靠性与使用安全性的影响,供容器设计与标准等相关各方借鉴,共同提高容器的设计水平,完善相关标准,保证容器制造与使用的可靠性,达到容器的本质安全要求。
＂The Stationary Pressure Vessels Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation＂ （hereinafter referred to as ＂The Stationary Regulation＂） requires that the essence safety of the pressure vessel is correct integrity of the container design, guarantee the reliability of manufacturing, and achieve good condition in use. The integrity of the container construction plan not only affects the reliability of the manufacturing, but also the conformity of the maintenance and replacement of the vessel, which decides the essence safety of the vessel. Taking container manufacturing in the construction plan review and standard parts disassembling drawing as example, this paper analyzes the influence of the integrity of the construction plan on the reliability of container manufacturing and the safety of use, which could help to provide reference for design and standards, improve the design level, complete relevant standards, ensure the reliability of the equipment manufacturing and use, meet the essential safety reauirements.
