连环画的历史悠久,中国连环画以其特有的文化传承在世界连环画史和美术领域中都占有一席之地。作为众多抗战文艺形式中的一种,连环画因其独特的表达方式,真实又艺术地还原、记录了这段历史,具有独特的意义和价值。历经多年的兴衰演变,新中国成立前和新中国成立后各个时期的抗战题材连环画都不乏佳作。抗战题材连环画作为中国连环画体系中重要的组成部分,以其现实的历史背景、特有的艺术手段成为连环画家族中耀眼的明珠。
Comic book has a long history. Chinese comic book, with its unique cultural heritage, has its own place in both the history of world comic books and the field of fine arts. As one of the literary and artistic forms of Anti-Japanese War works, comic book has unique significance and value owing to its unique way of expression, and real and artistic re-producing and recording of the history. After years of rise and fall of evolution, Anti-Japanese War comic book before and after the founding of new China was full of excellent works. In general, Anti-Japanese War comic book has become a bright pearl as its being an important part of Chinese comic book system, and its realistic historical background and unique artistic means.
