摘要
目的探讨群组管理对提高住院精神分裂症患者人际交往的有效性。方法将76例住院精神分裂症患者用随机数表方式分为两组,干预组38例和对照组38例,对照组患者进行常规治疗护理,干预组在常规治疗的基础上接受为期4周的群组管理活动。在干预前后分别用生活技能训练(SST)评定量表进行评价。结果干预组训练后SST评定量表总分与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上结合群组管理能有效地改善住院精神分裂症患者的人际交往能力,提高其日常生活技能,值得在精神科推广、应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of group management on improving interpersonal communication of inpatients with Schizophrenia. Methods In total of 76 inpatients with schizophrenia were divided into control group and intervention group randomly with a random number table, 38 in intervention group and 38 in control group. In control group, patients received routine treatment and care, while in intervention group, patients received not only routine treatment but also a 4-week group management. Life Skills Training（SST） Evaluation Scale was utilized before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, patients＇ scores of SST Evaluation Scale in intervention group were different from that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Group management combined with routine medicine treatment can improve interpersonal communication and daily living skills of inpatients with schizophrenia and is worth of being generalized.
