离子色谱法同时检测工作场所空气中的H_2SO_4、HCl

Simultaneous determination of H_2SO_4 and HCl in workplace air by ion chromatography

摘要 目的采用离子色谱氢氧根体系技术,建立同时测定工作场所空气中H_2SO_4、HCl的快速检测方法。方法空气中的H_2SO_4、HCl用装有碱性溶液的多孔玻板采集,离子色谱法检测,使用氢氧化钾溶液作为淋洗液,采用Inpac AS19阴离子柱(4 mm×250 mm)进行分离,电导检测器检测,在进样体积为25μl,淋洗液为30 mmol/L KOH,流速为1.00 ml/min,抑制电流为75 m A,柱温为30℃,在池温30℃的条件下进行检测,外标法定量。结果 HCl、H_2SO_4的方法检出限分别为0.044 mg/L、0.088 mg/L,日内精密度分别为0.23%~0.88%、0.20%~0.70%,日间精密度分别为0.94%~1.33%、1.21%~1.93%,平均回收率分别为95.6%~100.5%、91.1%~101.7%。结论本研究建立的检测方法灵敏度高,进样量少,选择性好,分析时间短,检测结果稳定可靠,可以满足工作场所空气中H_2SO_4、HCl同时检测的需求。 Objective To establish a method of ion chromatography-hydroxyl system technology for the rapid determination of H_2SO_4 and HCl in air of workplaces. Methods Air in the H_2SO_4,HCl with an alkaline solution of porous glass plate collection and ion chromatographic method for the determination of using potassium hydroxide solution as eluent. Separated by Inpac AS19( 4 mm × 250 mm) column,then used KOH 30 mmol/L leaching,the velocity was 1. 00 ml/min; sample volume was 25 μl,the column temperature and reaction pool temperature both were 30 ℃,and sample would be tested at suppression current 75 m A and external standard method. Results The detection limit of HCl was 0. 044 mg / L,H_2SO_4 was 0. 088 mg / L; the within day precision of HCl was among 0. 23%-0. 88%,that of H_2SO_4 was among 0. 20%-0. 70%,the inter day precision of HCl was among 0. 94%-1. 33%,H_2SO_4 was among 1. 21%-1. 93%,the average recovery rate of HCl was among 95. 6%-100. 5%,H_2SO_4 was among 91. 1%-101. 7%. Conclusion This method was sensitive and selective,with less sample volume,short in time and reliable detection results. This method was applicable to the determination of H_2SO_4 and HCl in air of workplaces.
