北京市13家机关单位食堂职工满意度及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis on employees' satisfaction toward canteen and its influencing factors in 13 government agencies of Beijing

摘要 目的了解职工对单位食堂的满意度以及影响因素,从而指导单位后勤部门有重点的改善,促进员工健康。方法 13家单位食堂由区县按要求以目的抽样方法选取,且均达到北京市餐饮机构卫生量化分级B级以上。采取拦截法对单位在编职工进行食堂满意度及膳食行为的调查。调查问卷自行设计,共分5部分:职工基本情况、膳食健康行为、膳食知识、目前健康状况以及对食堂满意度。将食堂满意度中的"非常满意"和"满意"两项合并,视作"总体满意"。利用SPSS 17.0进行数据统计分析。结果共调查2 503人,对单位食堂"非常满意"的有525人,占21.0%;"满意"的1 049人,占41.9%;"整体满意"的共1 574人,占62.9%。经单因素分析发现,性别间(χ^2=6.940,P〈0.01)、不同岗位间(χ^2=51.787,P〈0.01)、身体健康状况(χ^2=16.432,P〈0.01)差异有统计学意义;膳食健康行为得分(t=2.739,P〈0.01)和膳食知识得分(t=5.145,P〈0.01)的满意度差异有统计学意义。经多因素分析,女性较男性和专业技术人员较管理人员对食堂的满意度低,后勤岗位较管理岗位、身体健康者以及膳食知识得分较高者对单位食堂满意度高。结论机关单位食堂满意度受多重因素影响,后勤管理部门要全盘考虑,在保障食品卫生安全的前提下,通过就餐环境改善、推出健康菜品满足职工个性化需求,加大对职工和炊管人员健康膳食知识培训等措施都能提高职工对食堂的满意度。 [Objective]To understand the employees' satisfaction toward canteen and its influencing factors,guide the management department to promote service quality,and improve the health of employees.[Methods]13 canteens were submitted by area county according to the requirements with objective sampling,which achieved the class B or above for Beijing catering institutions health quantitative classification. The method of interception was used to take the investigation of employees' satisfaction toward canteen and dietary behavior. The self-designed questionnaire had five parts: basic situation,dietary health behavior,dietary knowledge,current state of health and satisfaction to the canteen.The indexes of very satisfied and satisfied were merged into the index of overall satisfaction. The statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 17.0. [Results]Totally 2 503 employees were investigated,while 525 were very satisfied with canteen,accounting for 21.0%,1 049 were satisfied with canteen,accounting for 41.9%,and 1 574 were overall satisfied with canteen,accounting for 62.9%. Single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences among sex groups(χ~2=6.940,P〈0.01),different post groups(χ~2=51.787,P〈0.01),different health states groups(χ~2=16.432,P〈0.01). The differences in satisfaction were statistically significant among different dietary health behavior score groups(t=2.739,P〈0.01),different dietary knowledge score groups(t=5.145,P〈0.01). The multiple factors analysis revealed that the females had the lower satisfaction than males,professional and technical personnel had the lower satisfaction than managements,and logistics personnel,people with good health and higher score of dietary knowledge had the higher satisfaction toward canteen.[Conclusion]The employees' satisfaction toward canteen is influenced by multiple factors in government agencies.
