摘要
节能、环保、延长换油期是柴油机油发展的主要动力。近两年,长换油期柴油机油得到广泛重视,国内主流0EM也大多提出延长柴油机油换油期的要求。昆仑润滑油采用油品配方强化技术,通过提高油品的抗氧化和分散等性能实现柴油机油的长寿命化,研制的油品完成了80000 km的行车试验。通过对在用油的油液监测,结果表明:研制油品具有优良的黏度保持性、碱值保持性、抗氧化和抗磨损等性能,能够满足国Ⅳ柴油机对延长换油期的要求。
Fuel economy,emission and extended oil drain intervals are the main driving force of the development of diesel engine oil.During the past two years,the diesel engine oil with long oil drain intervals has got more and more attention.Most of the domestic mainstream OEMs also propose to extend diesel engine oil drain intervals.Formula reinforcement technology was adopted by Kunlun lubricant.And the long life diesel engine oil was achieved by enhancing the oxidation resistance and dispersant properties and so on.80000 km field test was finished.Results of the used oil analysis and monitoring show that the oil has superior viscosity and TBN retention,anti- oxidation performance,anti-wear performance and so on,which make it fully satisfy the requirement of long oil drain intervals for state emission Ⅳ diesel engines.
