摘要
目的:观察并评价益气行水汤与常规疗法联用治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:将164例肛肠术后尿潴留患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各82例。对照组采取常规治疗,即臀部肌肉注射甲硫酸新斯的明,1d1次,每次0.5mg,辅以膀胱区穴位按摩、听水流声诱导、心理疏导,术后治疗3d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上内服自拟益气行水汤联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、膀胱残存尿量、自行排尿时间、术后进食时间、排便时间和术后住院时间。结果:治疗3d后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组。观察组的膀胱残存尿量、自行排尿时间、术后进食时间、排便时间和住院时间显著低于对照组。结论:益气行水汤联用西医常规疗法治疗尿潴留具有一定效果。
Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of Qi enriching and water disinhibiting decoction on patients with urinary retention after anorectal operations.Methods：One hundred and sixty-four patients with urinary retention after anorectal operations were divided into two groups,the control group（n=82）and the observation group（n=82）.Patients in the control group were treated with routine methods,that is,accepted hip intramuscular injection of 0.5 mg neostigmine methylsulfate for three times per day,and supplemented with other non-drug methods,such as massaged the acupuncture points of bladder,induced by water sound and psychological guidances.Patients in the observation group were treated additionally with Qi enriching and water disinhibiting decoction orally.All the patients in both groups were treated for 3 days,and clinical effects were evaluated.Some specific clinical indicators,such as bladder residual urine volume,self urination time,postoperative eating time,defecation time after operation,and postoperative hospital stay.Results：Treated for 3 days,the total efficiency of observation group was 92.68%,higher than 65.85% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The residual urine volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the time of self urination,postoperative eating time,defecation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,all the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The combined therapy with Qi enriching and water disinhibiting decoction and routine treatments has certain clinical values in treating patients with urinary retention after anorectal operations.
