摘要
FEMM模拟磁路时一般不带盆架模拟,这样的模拟结果与实际样品会有出入。介绍了盆架如何影响磁路模拟的结果。带盆架模拟后,模拟结果将会更加准确。盆架的材料、形状、厚薄都会影响磁路模拟的结果。对于参数要求高的扬声器,磁路模拟就更要将盆架考虑在内了。希望能让扬声器设计者在设计磁路中多多注意盆架的影响,做到更精确、准确的设计。
Generally, frame is not considered in FEMM motor simulation .So the simulation result and the actual performance will be discrepant . The frame how to affect motor simulation result is introduced in this paper. Simulation result is more accurate with frame considered .Materials , shape and thickness of frame can influence the result .For parameter demanding speakers, it is necessary to consider the frame in motor simulation even more. It is hoped that this paper can make the speaker designers pay attention the influence of frame in the design of motor, and make design results more precise and accurate.
