摘要
目前,阻止生态环境遭受破坏,防止资源迅速枯竭,实现可持续发展是全球各国面临的共同课题。朝鲜政府顺应全球环境保护意识日渐提高的趋势,提高了对环境管理的重视程度,为实现可持续发展采取了积极措施并稳步推进。朝鲜政府重视土地资源、森林资源与海洋资源保护,注重资源开发合理性。将发展科学技术作为战略路线,在尖端科学技术快速发展基础上,促进生态环境保护、资源节约以及资源再利用。并且采取多项积极措施保护生物多样性,促进环境保护与经济可持续发展。今后,朝鲜政府还将进一步深化环境保护与经济可持续发展,将取得更大成就。
At present,to prevent the destruction of the ecological environment,to prevent the rapid deple- tion of resources and to realize sustainable development are common task facing all countries. The govern- ment of DPRK complies with the trend of global environmental awareness, increases emphasis on environ- mental management steadily. The government attaches importance to protect land resources, forest resourc-es and marine resources, focuses on resource development rationality, and puts the development of science and technology as a strategic route. On the basis of rapid development of science and technology, the gov-ernment promotes environmental protection, resource conservation and recycling, and takes active measures to protect biodiversity,promote sustainable economic development and environmental protection. In the future, the government will further deepen the environmental protection and sustainable economic development.
