寄生虫microRNA研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类19-24nt左右的内源性单链非编码RNA,其可与特定的mRNA结合,从而抑制靶mRNA的翻译或导致靶mRNA降解,在寄生虫生长发育、形态性别分化、营养代谢及致病等过程中发挥着至关重要的基因表达调控作用。虽然目前寄生虫miRNA的相关研究已取得新进展,但参与寄生虫与宿主相互作用的关键miRNA尚乏报道。本文就近年来寄生虫miRNA的研究进展作一综述,以期为寄生虫致病机制等的深入研究提供思路。 MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of small non-coding RNA(19-24 nucleotides long)generated from endogenous transcripts that inhibits the translation of target mRNA or that induces the degradation of target mRNA by complementarily binding to target mRNAs.Thus,microRNA plays a critical role in gene expression and regulation of a parasite's growth and development,its morphology and sex differentiation,its metabolism of nutrients,and its pathogenesis.Advances have been made in the study of the miRNA of parasites,but few studies have described key miRNAs related to parasite and host interaction.This article reviews recent advances in the study of the miRNA of parasites in order to provide new insights for further research on mechanisms of parasite pathogenesis.
