摘要
目的探究硝酸甘油联合中医药对老年冠心病心绞痛临床治疗效果。方法我院2013年8月—2015年3月收治的200例老年患者,均已临床确诊冠心病心绞痛。按照治疗方法随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组的100例病患予以硝酸甘油联合中医中药进行治疗,另外100例对照组病患采取常规疗法进行治疗。治疗期间对2组患者的心绞痛临床症状,心电图以及硝酸甘油用量进行定期测定与记录。结果观察组经治疗后有效率为75%,不良反应率为5%;对照组经治疗后有效率为46%,不良反应率为11%。予以硝酸甘油联合中医中药进行治疗的观察组相较于采取常规疗法进行治疗的对照组患者,治疗效果更理想,不良反应发生情况得到明显改善。结论硝酸甘油联合中医中药对老年冠心病心绞痛具有确切的疗效,且不良反应较少,具备临床推广应用的前景。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nitroglyc erin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 200 cases of elderly patients admitted to our hospital that had been clinically di-agnosed with coronary heart disease angina were selected. According to the treatment method, patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given nitroglycerin combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The clinical symptoms of angina, ECG and nitroglycerin were recorded in the two groups during the treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 75 %, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5%, the effective rate of the control group was 46%, and the adverse reaction rate of the control group was11%. Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has a definite effect and less adverse reactions, which has the prospect of clinical application.
