摘要
目的探究消癖散联合曲安奈德治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2015年6月—12月收治的124例单纯性乳腺囊肿患者,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各62例。对照组用常规的乳腺囊肿穿刺的方法进行治疗,观察组用在其基础上加注射曲安奈德注射液,并口服消癖散2周的方法进行治疗,术后两周后观察治疗的情况,比较两组的不同。结果 2组总有效率的比较,观察组为96.8%,对照组为83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且观察组无并发症出现,而对照组出现8例囊肿复发,两组并发症的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癖散联合曲安奈德治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的疗效显著,并发症少,具有较高的临床价值,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiaopi powder combined with triamcinolone acetonide in treating simple breast cyst. Methods 124 cases of simple breast cysts patients from June 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 62 cases. The control group was treated with routine breast cyst puncture method. The observation group was added triamcinolone acetonide injection and oral administration of Xiaopi powder for 2 weeks. The curative ef-fect before and after treatment between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%, the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.There were no complications in the observation group. The control group had 8 cases of cyst recurrence. The difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaopi powder combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection has significant effect and fewer complications in treatment of simple breast cyst, which is worthy to be popularized.
