摘要
目的:分析口腔扁平苔藓患者免疫功能与临床特征的相关性。方法:选取102例口腔扁平苔藓患者,其中38例网纹型口腔扁平苔藓患者,64例充血糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,检测所有患者的免疫功能状况。结果:口腔扁平苔藓患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、Ig A、C3水平降低,CD19^+、Ig G、Ig M、CH50水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于网纹型口腔扁平苔藓患者的CD16^++56^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平降低,充血糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的CD8+水平降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);充血糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的CD3^+、CD8^+水平均显著低于网纹型口腔扁平苔藓,而CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著高于网纹型口腔扁平苔藓,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔扁平苔藓患者存在不同程度的免疫功能紊乱,体液免疫功能亢进为主;不同类型的口腔扁平苔藓患者的免疫功能状况存在差异性。
Objective To analyze the correlation of immune function with clinical features in patients with oral lichen planus. Method 102 patients with oral lichen planus were selected. There were 38 reticulated cases and 64 congestive cases. The patient＇s immune function was evaluated. Result The level of CD3^＋, CD4^Ig A, C3 was reduced; the level of CD19^＋, Ig G, Ig M, CH50 was increased（P〈 0.05）; the level of CD16^＋＋56^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ for reticulated cases was reduced; the level of CD8^＋ for congestive cases was reduced（P 〈0.05）; the level of CD3^＋ and CD8^＋ for congestive cases was lower than that of reticulated cases; the level of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ for congestive cases was higher than that of reticulated cases（P 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with oral lichen planus, the immune function is interrupted of which the humoral immunity hyperfunction is dominated; the immune function for patients with different types of oral lichen planus is different.
