摘要
根据中点钳位三电平单Z源逆变器的拓扑结构,详细分析了其3种工作状态。与传统逆变器不同,直通状态的插入不仅省去死区的设置以及死区时间的补偿,同时实现了逆变器升压输出的效果。根据直通矢量插入特点,提出一种基于交替反相层叠载波调制(APOD)的三电平Z源逆变器脉宽调制方法。该方法将直通状态插入于零矢量中,实现直流链的全直通,获得升压能力的同时又不增加开关损耗。仿真和实验结果表明该调制策略能够实现逆变器升压输出,验证了所提出的APOD载波调制三电平Z源逆变器控制策略的有效性。
Analyzed three working condition of neutral-point clamped three-level Z-source inverter based on itstopological structure. Unlike traditional inverter,the insertion of shoot through state not only left out setting of deadzone and compensation time of dead zone,but also realized booster output of this inverter. Proposed a three-levelZ-Source inverter pulse width modulation(PWM)method based on alternative phase opposition disposition(APOD)insertion characteristics of shoot through vector. This method inserted the shoot through state into zero vector torealize all shoot through of DC chain,it realized the function of getting booster ability without increase of switchingloss. Simulation and experimental resulted show that this modulation strategy can realize booster output of inverter,and it verifies the effectiveness of this proposed APOD carrier modulation strategy which is used to modulatethree-level Z-source inverter.
