摘要
应用植物新品种DUS(特异性Distinctness,一致性Uniformity,稳定性Stability)测试的方法,依据UPOV(国际植物新品种保护联盟)《植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南-茶树》的要求,对浙江丽水市育成的茶树品系‘丽早香’的叶、花、果实、种子等茶树器官形态学特进行详细的感官描述和DUS测试,以期为申请植物新品种保护提供可靠的判定依据。
A detailed sensory description and DUS( distinctness,uniformity,stability) test on leaf,flower,fruit,and seed of a new clonal tea cultivar ‘Lizaoxiang'were carried out based on UPOV Guidelines for the conduct of tests for distinctness,uniformity and stability. Tea plant. The result of the DUS test provided criterion and useful reference for applying for plant variety rights protection of the new clonal tea cultivar.
