摘要
采用惠斯通电桥测量了电阻丝的电阻率,对各不确定度分量及自由度进行了评定,描述了电桥灵敏度引入的测量不确定度评定方法,给出了电阻丝电阻率的测量值及不确定度评定结果。
The electrical resistivity of resistance wire was measured by Wheastone brige method.The component of uncertainty and degree of freedom were evaluated.The measurement uncertainty method of the bridge sensi-tivity was introduced. The measurement result and combined standard uncertainty of electrical resistivity were assessed.
