摘要
南海某新建平台上拟采用溴化锂吸收式机组,利用燃气透平的高温烟气作为驱动热源,以实现空调系统的节能减排。通过对溴化锂吸收式机组在以往项目的应用情况进行调研,从烟气利用率、设备采办、船用产品与陆用产品的差异对比、操维要求等方面对溴化锂吸收式机组的可实施性进行分析,并制定相应措施。结果表明,溴化锂吸收式机组应用于海洋平台在技术上是可行的。
The proposed LiBr absorption chiller on one new built offshore platform in South China Sea uses high temperature flue gas of gas turbine shall as driving heat source to fulfill the energy-saving and emission reduction of air-conditioning system.Through the investigation on the application conditions of LiBr absorption chiller on former projects,the applicability of LiBr absorption chiller is analyzed from the aspects of the flue gas usage efficiency,equipment purchase,the difference comparison between marine equipment and land equipment and the equipment maintenance,etc.,and the corresponding measurements are listed.The result shows that the LiBr absorption chiller used on offshore platform is technically feasible.
