摘要
论述了工程造价控制的意义,针对目前我国造价控制中存在的问题,从改革造价管理服务体系、推行限额设计、提高造价管理人员素质等方面,阐明了加强造价控制管理的策略,有利于实现施工企业经济效益的最大化。
The paper indicates the meaning of the engineering cost control, and illustrates the strategies to improve the cost control managementfrom the reform of cost management service system, implementation of quota design, and improvement of cost management personnel according tosome problems in the cost control in China, so as to maximize the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
