摘要
海岛是国土资源的重要地理单元,我国具有丰富的岛屿资源,海岛经济是我国国土资源开发与利用的重要依托。文章回顾了国内外海岛经济的研究进展,在分析我国海洋经济产业"三、二、一"结构特征的基础上,从生态经济理论、区域经济理论、产业结构等视角重点讨论了国内外现有海岛经济发展模式,并指出,在我国海岛经济发展模式选择中,要坚持资源开发与保护并重,先期制定中长期发展规划,并积极顺应国际经济发展趋势和国家经济转型,积极谋划,优化产业结构,实现海岛经济与环境的可持续发展。
China is rich in island resources. So island economy is an important foundation of developing and unitizing land resources. On the basis of reviewing the study progress of island economy both in China and abroad, this paper has discussed the development pattern of the domestic and foreign existing island economy in the view of ecological economics theory, regional economy theory, and industrial structure after analysis of “the third, second and primary industrial structural features” that China’s marine economy has highlighted. This paper points out that in order to develop China’s island economy, we must adhere to placing equal stress on development and protection, make medium and long-term development plan in advance, actively follow the development trends of international economics and economic restructure of our country, make strategic planning and optimize economic structure for realizing the sustainable development of island economy and environment.
