摘要
以1-癸烯为原料,正辛烷作稀释剂,Al Cl3作催化剂,采用连续进料的反应方式,使用正交实验的方法考察催化剂浓度、连续进料速率、反应温度、恒温条件对于PAO40粘度和粘度指数的影响,结果表明,反应温度35℃,催化剂量3.5%,进料速率2.2g/min,恒温条件120℃,可获得100℃运动粘度53.12mm2/s,粘度指数153,凝点-42℃的高性能PAO40聚α-烯烃合成油。
With 1-decene as raw material, n-octane as diluent, AlCl3 as catalyst, with continuous feeding of reaction, using orthogonal experimental method to study the dosage of catalyst, feed rate, reaction temperature, constant temperature conditions for PAO40 viscosity and viscosity index. The results prove that reaction temperature between 25 and 40 DEG C, catalyst amount of 3.5%, feed rate 2.2g/min, constant temperature of 120 DEG C, can get 100 DEG C kinematic viscosity 53.12mm2 / s, viscosity index 153, freezing point - 42 DEG C high performance PAO40 poly alpha olefins synthetic oil.
