影响幼儿体力活动水平的心理因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 背景:体育教育是良好幼儿教育的重要组成部分。幼儿时期的体力活动水平不仅影响其身体素质、认知能力、社会交往和幸福感,也会对其青少年和成年阶段的锻炼习惯和身心健康产生重要影响。方法:对来自浙江省3个不同地区共3所幼儿园的12名幼儿教师进行了问卷调查,教师评价其自身对幼儿的锻炼指导自我效能,以及教师对幼儿体力活动参与的效果期待;另外,教师评价她们负责教学的223名幼儿与同龄同性别的幼儿相比,体力活动水平,与同龄人的社会交往,在自由时间的行为选择倾向,通过相关和回归分析评估这些因素对幼儿体力活动行为的影响。结果:男童的体力活动水平比女童高;社会交往越积极的幼儿,其体力活动水平越高;教师对幼儿的锻炼指导自我效能,以及教师对幼儿锻炼的效果期待越高,幼儿的体力活动水平越高;年龄、幼儿的行为选择倾向并不能预测幼儿的体力活动水平。结论:幼儿的性别、社会交往倾向、教师的锻炼指导自我效能和锻炼效果期待影响幼儿的体力活动行为,后续研究有必要进一步检验以上因素对幼儿体力活动的影响,并在此基础上设计和检验促进幼儿体力活动的策略。 Background: Good preschool education is beneficial to children's health development, and build the foundation for lifelong positive development. Method: A cross--sectional survey study of 12 preschool teachers and their 223 students was conducted to explore the association between demographic and psychological variables such as exercise instruction self--efficacy, physical activity (PA) outcome expectation of preschool children, social interaction a mong preschool children, behavior choice, and physical activity levels of preschool children. Results: 1) Boys were more physically active than girls; 2) Social interaction, instruction self--efficacy, and outcome expectation of students ' PA are positively correlated with the PA levels of preschool children. However, gender and behavior choice are not correlates of PA. Conclusion: More studies are needed to examine the interactive effect of the above--men tioned variables on preschool children' s PA, and seeking strategies of testing and promoting PA among preschool childrem Key words:self efficacy; outcome expectation; social interaction; physical activity; preschool children
