摘要
提出了高效液相色谱测定聚羧酸系减水剂大单体双键质量分数的方法,本方法通过测定聚乙二醇质量分数来间接得到大单体双键质量分数。采用V(乙腈)∶V(水)=35∶65为流动相,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAXSB-C8,检测器为CAD(电雾式检测器),在柱温为室温,流速为1.0 m L/min的条件下,可将聚乙二醇与聚羧酸系减水剂大单体完全分离,并进行定量测定。
The measurement method of double bond content in polycarboxylic acid based plasticizer macro-monomer by HPLC was proposed. The double bond content of macro-monomer was obtained by measuring the content of PEG. Acetonitrile aqueous solution(35∶65, V∶V) was used as the mobile phase, Agilent ZORBAXSB-C8 column was used as stationary phase, and the CAD was used as detector. The temperature of the column was room temperature, the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. Under these conditions, PEG and the super-plasticizer macro-monomer could be separated completely. The content of PEG was achieved by quantitative determination.
