摘要
采用浸渍法制备了SBA-15负载磷钨酸(HPW)催化剂HPW/SBA-15(Cat),其结构和性能经XRD,IR和NH3-TPD表征。将Cat应用于2-萘甲醚(1)和乙酸酐(2)的傅-克酰基化反应,考察了不同负载量的催化剂、反应时间、催化剂用量、原料摩尔比、反应温度对2-萘甲醚酰基化反应的转化率和主产物选择性的影响。结果表明:Cat400.05 g,反应5 h,n(1)∶n(2)=1∶4,反应温度120℃时,1的转化率为92.59%,主产物2-甲氧基-1-萘乙酮的选择性达99.22%。
Catalyst HPW/SBA-15 (Cat) was prepared by impregnation method. The structure and thermal properties were characterized by XRD, IR and NH3-TPD. Cat was applied in Friedel - Crafts acetylation reaction of 2-methoxynaphthalene ( 1 ) with acetic anhydride (2). Effects of different loading capacity, reaction time, amount of catalyst, reactants mole ratio, reaction temperature on the conver- sion of 1 and selectivity of the main product were investigated. The results showed that the conversion of I was 92.59% and the selectivity was 99.22% under the optimum conditions ( Cat40 0.05 g, n(1) :n(2) =1:4, at 120 ℃ for5 h).
