摘要
分析了三相桥式脉宽调制(PWM)整流器的开关管单管和多管开路故障现象,包括对应相电流部分变零和直流侧电压脉动,讨论了多管开路故障和系统参数对电流为零区域的影响。在此基础上提出一种基于网侧电流相角的开关管开路故障诊断方法,给出具体实现和参数选取方法。该方法对单管和多管同时开路故障均能实现有效检测和定位,算法简单,无需增加硬件电路,对瞬变状态鲁棒性高。最后通过实验验证了其有效性。
The performance analysis of pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier after the both single and multi switch fault, which include part of the corresponding phase current becoming zero, and the pulsation of DC-link voltage are giv- en.The influence of multi switches fault and parameters of system on the region in which the current becomes zero is discussed.This paper proposes a diagnosis method of open-circuit faults based on the current phase angle on this ba- sis.Specific implementation and parameter design method are given.This diagnosis method can deal with both single and multi switch fault cases, with simple software algorithm,no additional circuit and strong robustness.Computer ex- perimental results verify the usefulness of the proposed diagnosis method.
