摘要
目的:观察安络痛胶囊联合右归丸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者口服安络痛胶囊和右归丸,对照组患者口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊和TDP神灯照射治疗。治疗60 d后,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、lequesne指数积分及药品不良反应。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,明显大于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、lequesne积分均较前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安络痛胶囊联合右归丸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎疗效较好且安全性高。
Objective ：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Anluotong capsules with Yougui pills in the treatment of Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：60 patients with yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given Anluotong capsules and Yougui pills orally;the control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsules orally, and TDP lamp irradiation treatment. After 60 days＇ treatment, the clinical efficacy, VAS score, and lequesne score and ADR of two groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group （96.67%） was obviously higher than that of control group （ 80.00% ）, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the VAS score, lequesne score in two groups were decreased significantly than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores in observation group were much lower than those of control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence of ADR in two groups had no significance difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Anluotong capsules with Yougni pills had good therapeutic efficacy and high safety for Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome knee osteoarthritis.
