摘要
目的探讨补肾化痰防喘方配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法将150例COPD患者随机分为试验组与对照组,各75例。对照组常规吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂(160∶4.5),1吸bid;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾化痰防喘方同时配合穴位贴敷法治疗,10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。对比两组患者CAT评分、中医兼见症状评分及总疗效、1 s用力吸气容积占肺活量比例(FEV1%)、最大呼气流速(PEFR)、6 min步行距离及步行前后血氧饱和度下降分数、用药结束后慢阻肺复发例数及复发时间。结果试验组在CAT评分、中医兼见症状评分及总疗效、1 s用力吸气容积占肺活量比例(FEV1%)、最大呼气流速(PEFR)、6 min步行距离及步行前后血氧饱和度下降分数、用药结束后慢阻肺复发例数及复发时间改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾化痰防喘方配合穴位贴敷可以改善患者肺功能,减少急性加重,改善患者症状、体征,提高生活质量,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病可起到积极的治疗作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the formula of Bushen Huatan Fangchuan combined with point application therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 150 COPD patients were randomly assigned to the experiment group and the control group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was given regular inhalation of budesonide/fomoterol powder for inhalation（160∶4.5）,with one inhaling bid.The experiment group was further given the formula of Bushen Huatan Fangchuan combined with point application therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group.One course of treatment was 10 days,and 3 consecutive courses were taken for the treatment.CAT scores,scores of accompanied symptoms in TCM and overall curative effects,FEV1%,PEFR,6-minute walking distance and decreasing scores of oxygen saturation before and after walking,number of cases of relapsed COPD after drug administration and relapse time were compared between both groups.Results The improvement of CAT score,score of accompanied symptoms in TCM and overall curative effects,FEV1%,PEFR,6-minute walking distance and decreasing scores of oxygen saturation before and after walking,number of cases of relapsed COPD after drug administration and relapse time in experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The formula of Bushen Huatan Fangchuan combined with point application therapy is able to improve patients＇ pulmonary function,reduce acute aggravation,improve patients＇ symptoms and physical signs,and improve life quality,which shows active therapeutic effects on COPD.
