摘要
高校历史档案承载着高校人才培养、科学研究、传播知识、服务社会等方面的重要信息,反映着社会政治、经济、文化、教育的发展历史。它的数字化对于档案原件的保护、资源的共享、档案的管理和利用有着重要的意义。但目前高校历史档案的数字化受到政策、人员、资金等因素的制约,进展缓慢,亟待积极有效的措施去推进。
Historical files in colleges and universities carry the important information of talent cultivation, scientific research,knowledge spreading, society serving and so on, and reflect the development history of politics, economy, culture and education in society. The digitization of historical files in colleges and universities has great significance in original files protection, resources sharing, and files management and utilization. However, nowadays the digitization of historical files in colleges and universities is still making very slow progress, and in urgent need of positive and effective measures to promote.
