一体式音箱壳体注射模设计

摘要 根据音箱壳体特殊的结构、功能要求,分析复杂音箱壳体的成型工艺特点,介绍了一体式音箱壳体注射模结构设计和模具工作过程。利用油缸深抽芯和斜侧抽芯机构完成塑件成型。该模具经过50多万次的生产验证,模具设计结构合理,工作可靠,生产出的塑件能满足功能要求,对左右是通孔且前后都是凹槽的特殊复杂壳体的注射模设计有一定的参考作用。 The Molding technical characteristic of a complicated integrated speaker cabinet was analyzed according to its special structure and function requirement;the structural design of an injection mold for the molding and the working process was described. The part was formed by two kinds of core pulling mechanism of oil-cylinder-drive deep core pulling slide and two angled-lift split. The mold has operated more than 500 thousand shots,which has proved the mold could meet the function requirement by its reasonable design and the reliable working process.
