摘要
针对轨道式非接触电能传输系统特性进行分析,介绍非接触感应耦合电能传输技术基本原理,讨论耦合系数对系统效率的影响。建立感应耦合结构的数学模型,采用电磁场分析软件Ansoft对不同耦合结构进行有限元分析,通过对比磁通在铁芯内部的分布和磁场强度,比较耦合结构之间的差异,提出一种CIC形铁芯耦合结构,为轨道式非接触电能传输耦合结构选择提供参考。
The characteristics of the rail-type contactless power transfer system is presented. The fundamental principle of inductively coupled power transfer is introduced. In order to discuss the influence of the coupling coefficient on transmission efficiency, inductively coupled power transfer system model has been established. The finite element analysis software Ansoft is utilized to analyze the coupled structures. By comparing the distribution of magnetic flux in the ferrite core,the CIC-shaped core is proposed to improve the rail-type contactless power transfer system,when choosing the ferrite core.
