摘要
糯扎渡水电站泄洪洞有压段处在库水位以下,在长期水压力下,二期洞身衬砌压坏,形成洞身缺陷。介绍了利用固结灌浆对右岸泄洪洞检修闸门井后渐变段进行修复的施工方法,验证了固结灌浆在复杂条件下施工参数的合理性。同时,利用全孔壁数字测试、钻孔取芯检测、灌后声波测试等手段,了解混凝土与围岩结合面情况以及围岩完整性,为下一步科学组织抢险施工提供了有力保证。
Most of the pressure section of the diversion tunnel of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is lower than the reservoir level,the stageⅡ lining of the tunnel body was crushed under the long- term water pressure and the defect of the tunnel was formed. The construction method and technique for consolidation grouting was applied to the transition section repairing behind the service gate of the diversion tunnel on right bank,and the feasibility of construction parameters of consolidation grouting under complex conditions was proved. Meanwhile,the means of digital imaging technology of borehole- wall,borehole coring and acoustic measure were used to detect the cementing condition of concrete and surrounding rock after grouting,ensuring the scientific organization of rescue in the next stage.
