摘要
利用新斯的明,选择两个地区规模养殖场内150头体况基本一致的奶牛进行了试验,在配种前15min肌注15m L新斯的明后利用人工授精技术给母牛输精,对照组只进行前期处理和人工授精。试验结果表明:肌注新斯的明的母牛受胎率为87.23%,比对照组提高10.52%,差异显著(P<0.01),因此受精前注射新斯的明对提高奶牛受胎率有着明显的作用,此方法在奶牛饲养中具有推广和应用的价值。
150 cows were selected. The experimental cows were injected 15 m L of Neostigmine in15 min before artificial insemination.The experimental results showed that the conception rate of cows with intramuscular injection of Neostigmine was 87.23%, 10.52% higher than that of control group, there is a significant difference（0.05P0.01） between experimental groups and control group. It indicated that injection of Neostigmine before fertilization can improve conception rate of cow, and this method has the promotion and application value in the dairy cattle breeding.
