摘要
地下矿山的开拓运输方案对基建投资、经营费用、建设速度及安全生产等均有较大影响。为了保证矿山开采经济技术的合理性,结合某磷矿复杂的赋存条件,提出了3种可行的开拓运输方案,并从经济和技术角度对各开拓方案进行了详细的分析。结果表明,平硐、溜井+辅助斜坡道联合开拓,汽车、电机车配梭式矿车联合运输的方案基建总投资最低,安全可靠,且产能充足,后期需要扩产时,可以在不投入新设备的情况下将产能从90万t/a提高至150万t/a。
The exploitation and haulage system of underground mines has considerable impact on infrastructure investment, operation cost, construction speed and safety production. In order to guarantee the economic and technical rationality of mine exploitation, the paper proposed three feasible exploitation and haulage schemes in combination with the complex geological conditions of a phosphate mine, and detailedly analyzed various exploitation schemes in economy and technology. The results showed: the scheme involved combined exploitation of adit, ore pass and auxiliary ramp as well as combined haulage of truck, electric locomotive and shuttle car was characterized by the lowest infrastructure investment, safety and reliability, enough production capacity; once the production capacity needs enhancement, the production capacity will increase from 0.9 million t/a to 1.5 million t/a without adding new equipments.
