摘要
以玉米秸秆(CS)、有机蒙脱石(OMMT)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法制备玉米秸秆/有机蒙脱石复合高吸水性树脂。用红外光谱(FTIR)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、小角X射线衍射(SAXS)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)表征了产物的结构与微观形貌。该树脂对孔雀石绿染料表现出良好的吸附性能,吸附容量高达56.62 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。
The composite super absorbent resin based on corn straw / organic montmorillonite with corn stalk( CS),organic montmorillonite( OMMT),and acrylic acid( AA) was fabricated successfully using an aqueous-solution polymerization method. The structure and morphology of product were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy( FTIR),Wide Angle X-ray Diffraction( WAXD),Small Angle X-ray Scattering( SAXS) and Scanning Electron Microscope( SEM). The better adsorption performance of the SAR for malachite green dye was exhibited. The adsorption capacity of the SAR was56. 62 mg / g. The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order model.
