摘要
家具涂饰环节中,涂布量是控制涂饰效果的重要因素之一当涂布量过小时,漆液无法在基材表面形成应有厚度的涂层,手感及视觉上均有欠缺;当涂布量过大时,漆液浪费严重本文就不同的涂布量对改性生漆漆膜质量的影响进行研究。
Coating weight is an essential factor for controlling the quality of nano-modified raw lacquer film.The inadequate coating weight could lead to the incapacity to formulate coating with a certain thickness on the surface of substrate materials as well as the deficiency of both hapitics and visual perception,in contrast the excessive coating weight has contributed to serious waste of lacquer.This paper attempts to obtain the optimal parameter of coating weight on the basis of the analysis of the effects on the quality of raw lacquer film with different coating weights.
