2012～2014年某院抗菌药物的临床应用和细菌耐药分析 被引量：2

摘要 根据某院3年间医院药品库存管理系统的药品管理记录,计算药品用药频度(DDDs);对3年间临床分离的常见病原菌,采用法国生物梅埃公司生产的VITEK-Ⅱ全自动微生物鉴定药敏仪进行鉴定分析,根据美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)标准判断结果结果 3年间头孢唑林钠的DDDs均排在首位;临床分离的细菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主;常见细菌对多数抗菌药物耐药率均呈逐年下降趋势。随着广谱头孢菌素类药物临床使用量的减少,该院细菌耐药率有着减缓的趋势。
