摘要炎症性肠病(Inflammatory Bowel Disease,IBD)病程长、易复发,需长期甚至终身服药,因此患者服药依从性尤其重要。近年来IBD的病因、诊治等方面取得大量研究成果,但在药物治疗依从性方面的研究相对较少。本文对国内外目前关于IBD患者服药依从性改善策略的研究进行综述,旨在为医务人员对患者治疗依从性管理方面提供借鉴思路,从而提高IBD的治疗效率,降低复发率。
