摘要
目的:研究自血穴位注射联合中药贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取本院2015年2-10月期间接诊的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例。两组均进行常规检查与治疗,对照组行常规吸入沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂,研究组在此基础上自血穴位注射联合中药贴敷进行治疗。治疗前后对患者的各项指标进行检测与记录,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗后研究组患者的FEV_1、PEF、FVC变化比对照组患者更加显著,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的Ig G、Ig A与Ig M指标、CD3、CD4、CD8等参数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后患者的各项指标、参数均有明显的变化,且研究组的变化程度明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的总有效率为92.5%,而对照组患者的总有效率仅为67.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自血穴位注射联合中药贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效显著,有效率高,安全可靠,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective：To study the curative effect and its influence on patients＇ immune function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the blood point injection combined with hyperthermia Chinese treatment.Method：80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected from February 2015 to October 2015,they were randommly divided to control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Two groups were given regular inspection and treatment,the control group was treated with regular inhaled Salmeterol Fluticasone inhaler,the study group was treated with the blood point injection combined with hyperthermia Chinese treatment on basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the indexes of two groups were tested,recorded and compared.Result：After treatment,the change of FEV1,PEF and FVC in study group were more significant than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Before the treatment,the parameters such as index IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3,CD4 and CD8 in two groups were not obvious difference;after treatment,the indicators and parameters of two groups were significant change,and the changes of study group were significantly greater than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was 92.5%,while the control group was only 67.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the blood point injection combined with hyperthermia Chinese treatment has distinct curative effect,high efficient,safe and reliable,it has clinical application value and it is worthy of promotion.
