摘要
随着和谐社会理论研究与实践的展开与深入,和谐劳动关系是社会稳定的重要基础的观点越来越得到认可和重视。本文以"构建和谐劳动关系"观点为指导,对我国劳动关系发展历程及特征进行分析,结合社会主义市场经济对劳动关系产生的影响,从民主管理、集体协商、互助互济三个角度研究工会对构建和谐劳动关系的实践问题。
Along with the research and practice of harmonious society theory, harmonious labor relations are the important foundation of social stability, which is more and more attention and recognition from society. Based on the view of ＂building harmonious labor relationship＂ as the instruction, this paper analyzes the development process and characteristics of labor relations, combining with the socialist market economy on the impact of labor relations. And research on three angles of practical issues for the construction of harmonious labor relations as following： the democratic management, the collective consultation and mutual aid.
