摘要
农科大学生自主创业是顺应当前社会经济发展的重要途径和必然趋势,它既可以解决当前大学毕业生就业难的问题,又可以促进农村改革发展,加快农业现代化。本文通过对农科大学生自主创业的SWOT分析,提出农科大学生自主创业过程中存在的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁等因素,并针对问题提出相应的对策,以期为农科大学生自主创业提供引导和帮助,提高创业成功率。
Agricultural college students self-employment is the important way and the inevitable trend to conform the social economy developmen,it can solve the current difficult problem of employment of college graduates,also can promote rural reform,accelerate agricultural modernization.Through the SWOT analysis,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in agricultural college students self-employment process were put forward,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed to solve the problem,in order for agricultural college students self-employment to provide guidance and help,and improve the success rate of self-employment.
