摘要
校企合作是高职高专旅游管理专业人才培养方式的正确途径,多方利益主体通过校企合作这一平台达到"多赢"。本文基于利益相关者理论,探讨了校企合作多方参与者的利益诉求,并提出"政府主导、协会监督、校企为主、学生受益、行业发展"的合理化建议。
University-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational college is the right way of tourism management talents training mode, different interest subjects achieve ＂win-win＂ through this platform.Based on stakeholder theory, this paper discusses the interests of the participants in the university-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the rationalization proposal ＂government-led, association supervised, colleges and students benefited, the industry developed＂.
