摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜(transforaminal endoscopic spine system,TESSYS)技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者的效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2013年10月至2014年10月海军总医院采用TESSYS技术治疗的88例LDH患者的临床资料。结果所有患者手术顺利,无严重并发症及术后感染发生;术后随访6个月显示,患者的临床症状及腰腿疼痛程度明显改善或缓解,治疗总有效率达95.45%;疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)由术前的(8.67±0.81)分降低至(2.14±0.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.235,P<0.05)。结论 TESSYS技术治疗LDH效果良好,护理人员熟练细致的手术配合是保证治疗效果的重要基础。
Objective To discuss the effect of transforaminal endoscopic spine system（TESSYS）on patients with lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods Clinical data of 88 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All surgeries went well with no serve complications and postoperative infection.The 6months follow-up showed that the clinical symptom and pain degree of loin and leg were significantly relieved,the treatment efficiency reached to 95.45%.The visual analogue scale（VAS）decreased from（8.67±0.81）to（2.14±0.64）（t=4.235,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The TESSYS has good effect on LDH,the good cooperation between nursing staffs is the key to ensure the treatment efficiency.
