摘要
烟叶在线振动分选机系统是用来称重检测烟厂工艺生产水平的系统,该系统通过多层筛网来筛出烟叶中各类烟叶等级的含量,通过称重分析统计评价生产工艺是否符合工艺指标。该系统在筛分烟叶过程会在筛网上残留烟叶,如果不处理会影响称重数据。现研制了一种自动清扫筛网的系统,通过自动清扫系统将残留在筛网的烟叶清扫干净,并再次筛分,经过清扫处理后筛网上不会残留烟叶,从而能保证称重分析数据的有效可靠性,提升了筛分称重检测系统的真实性。
The tobacco on line vibration separator system is used to detect the level of production processing level by means of weig- hing in tobacco factories. With multi-layer of screen meshes, the system can sieve out the contents of the tobacco leaves of various grades. By weighing, analysis of statistics, the appraisal of the production technique is carried out to see if it meets the requirements. But tobacco residue might remain on the screen meshes during the process. If the residue is not cleared out, the weighing data will be affected. An automatic screen meshes cleaning system is introduced, which can automatically clean the remaining tobacco leaves on the screen meshes, and does the sieving once more so as to ensure the effective weighing analysis and data reliability, and en- hance the authenticity of the screening weighing detection system.
