摘要
运用三维建模软件UG对WJ1210复摆颚式破碎机整机进行了三维实体建模。分析破碎机受力情况,简化实体模型,并采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对复摆颚式破碎机整机进行有限元分析,揭示机架的应力应变分布。根据有限元分析结果对机架结构提出合理的改进措施,为机架的合理改进提供理论依据。
By using the three-dimensional modeling software UG, a three-dimensional solid model of WJ1210 Jaw Gusher is estab- lished. Through the analysis of the load on the Jaw Crusher, the solid model is simplified. In order to make clear the stress distribu- tion on the frame, the finite element analysis of the entire set of WJ 1210 jaw crusher is carried out with the help of the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Based on the results of the finite element analysis, rational improvement measures and theoretical basis for the improvement of the frame of WJ 1210 are presented.
