摘要
三萜皂苷是人参属药用植物的主要活性成分,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳等功效。明确三萜皂苷的生物合成途径是利用基因工程技术提高次生代谢物产量的前提和基础。本文综述了人参属药用植物人参、西洋参、三七中的三萜皂苷合成途径的关键酶基因的研究进展,为深入研究三萜皂苷的合成与代谢分子调控机制提供了理论基础。
Triterpene saponins which are the key active ingredients in Panax genus plants contribute to the various pharmacological effects including anti- aging,anti- cancer and anti- stress activities. Clarification of the biosynthetic pathway of triterpene saponins is the premise and foundation to increase the content of active substances in medicinal plants by genetic engineering technology. This review summarized the research progresses on the key enzymes involved in triterpene saponin biosynthesis in Panax genus plants,such as Panax ginseng,Panax quinquefolius,and Panax notoginseng,which are expected to provide a theoretical support to further elucidate the molecular mechanism for the biosynthesis and regulation of these medically important compounds.
